Barton Vale Group

Barton Vale House had its own vineyards adjacent to the house in Enfield in the nineteenth century, but the encroachment of suburbia means that these are long gone, along with other historic Adelaide metropolitan vineyards.

From 1994 to 2006, the Smith family developed four premium Barossa Valley and Eden Valley vineyards which produced wines receiving outstanding reviews from leading international wine critics.

The Smith family has now sold the vineyards to concentrate on other interests.
